 From your apps to (your) mailserver, it will only send one copy (if you
use TO: rec1,rec2,rec...)

For delivering to the destinations, its all depends on the mailserver
itself and the recipient address.
If all recipient is the same domain and your mailserver support Multiple
RCPT TO, then it will only send one copy of message, otherwise it will send
onecopy for aech adrress.

mail server which support Multiple RCPT TO such as sendmail,
exim, smail, zmailer, postfix. Qmail "only" support single RCPT TO.
