You get an Response has already been commited for instance if you write some
output and then try a Response.sendRedirect()
example
out.println("<HTML>">);
response.sendRedirect("mypage.jsp");
the response class write to the page header (NOT <HEAD> IN PAGE), and if you
start to do some output to the page body you cannot go back.
I'll guess this is was happend for you in some way, maybe worth a check?
