I agree.

we started using it on P2 450Mhz PC's with 128 meg ram and it would barely
load let alone run.

we've upped the memory to 512 meg and the response is pretty good.  It could
be better but I'm guessing that the CPU is the culprit now.

Of course whether it's fair/correct/funny that an IDE should demand such
hardware is another question, but if you have the requisite grunt it runs
fine.
