Well Freeware Netbeans, non Freeware which won't break your pocket ($395.00) IntelliJ's IDEA. You CAN however join their EAP program for free and use the latest and greatest as they develop it for Free! I highly recommend it. http://www.intellij.com/eap. Check it out.
