To work with JSP/Sevlets?
Netbeans (www.netbeans.org), open source, kind of heavy to load
up, but I think its lighter than Visual Age
Forte(has a new name, i think it SunOne), has a community version,
(it uses the netbeans platform)
It has some nice features...
