ok..Thats just client side. What API I can use in my JSP to get the user authentication details? One way is I can update the web.xml file with roles and usernames. But this is manual solution. Is there anyway I can access the Windows Active directory?? Is it possible using JAAS?
If you have worked on JRun4 it has three types of authentication. JDBC, LDAP and Windows. I think they use JAAS. Have you worked on these stuffs? Thanks for the time.
