I've comed to learn and love the way that EL is used in JSTL and JSP 2.0. However, I'm getting a feeling that it may by inefficient since for what it seems like and from what I've heard, it uses reflection to call/access the correct methods/variables.
So perhaps extensive use of the EL is discouraged, although I'd feel a buit sad if that's the case?
