I'm sorry, I can't duplicate this at all. As far as I can tell, RSS generation
uses the base URL as it's supposed to be. Could you attach an example here
along with your configuration (from its relevant parts?)
The & is fully valid. Its XML, so all XML entities must be escaped - even
if they are in an URL! If you don't believe me, put it through an XML
validator.
