JSPWiki 2.6.0 release

Hi ho, folks!

We've just closed the last bug that was still open for 2.6.0.  Please  
download the 2.5.161, also "2.6.0 release candidate" from CVS or the  
jspwiki download page (choose the nightly download; I'm just updating  
it).

Please let me know with a +1 or -1 if you think 2.5.161 is ready for  
launch.
