Docs for 2.6

All -- I was feeling a little odd tonight, by which I mean that I  
wrote a little bit of documentation. Please check out the NewIn2.6  
page on jspwiki.org and mark it up with any of the changes in 2.6 that  
I've missed. Generally, I've omitted things like bug fixes and focused  
primarily on the enhancements.

At a certain point I just got a little tired... so I am sure I missed  
a few things.
