E.g. the following URL gets cut off at the first "%" sign. Also, the "~" -sign
is not detected properly.
http://www.jspwiki.org/wiki/%E4%B8%AD%E6%96%87%E6%96%87%E6%A1%A3
This occurs only if the plain URI detection is on; if the URI is enclosed
inside brackets, detection works properly.
