Ah no, it's the other way round... Normally you don't have to create this 
directory, meaning something is misconfigured with your path variables, maybe 
not even in JSPWiki itself but in Tomcat. I'm just a beginner, too, but sure 
others will help you. Doesn't seem to be a big thing!
