This issue is part two of the divided JSPWIKI-187.
The settings of mail.smtp.timeout and mail.smtp.connectiontimeout aren't read
out of jspwiki.properties.
Please have a look at JSPWIKI-188 before!
As I'm pretty sure that JSPWIKI-188 will be used, here's a diff to a working
copy of MailUtil rev628459, which has JSPWIKI-188 already patched:

If you decide not to include JSPWIKI-188, I'd create a patch for the current
revision of MailUtil, too.
