The only thing I would like to change are the hard-coded and/or localization
context unaware strings (f. i, the time inserted for new comments by
"Comment.jsp").
I do not wish to take or modify the possibilty for the user / admin to change
the preferences. That, indeed, would be the opposite to localization.
Wikipedia is mentioned above as a source of information (reference), not as an
expample.
