RSS feed should only contain the differences

The current RSS feed contains all the contents of the page which makes it
difficult to determine the differences. That is, need to click on title to go
to page and then check Info tab.
Instead, the feed should only show a diff of the changes (or the full page for
new pages). There is no reason to show the full contents for changes.
