I think it's correct - these are DOS-formatted files. JSPWiki
stores files in DOS format (CRLF at the end of each line), and we
don't want the SCM mucking around with those when checking out in
different operating systems.
Unless SVN has some way of saying that "this is text, but don't
change the line endings".

I just noticed that none of the source files has the svn:eol-style
property - they should be set to 'native'.
Nope, didn't obviously happen during the mass CVS conversion. Should
be pretty easy to add, though.
