A visitor of a JSPWiki site can not create links to sections easily as long as
there is no table of contents on the page. Near each subheadline should be a
link to create an URL to the related section.
See http://wiki.python.de/ (powered by MoinMoin) and point at the section
headlines, to see what i mean.
