I think Javascript is a bad idea in this case; this should be simply done in
the backend and pass the validation message up.
Since it's not really designed for that, I think we should probably postpone
this a bit; it's going to be a bit more complicated than that.
I wouldn't really like to just patch the symptoms here, but have a proper
validation process with proper error messages. And that requires some major
changes (which Stripes is going to bring anyway).
