Thanks Florian, i did not notice that section editing has to be explicilty
enabled since recently.
But even after i did this, it did not work!
The WikiProperty was set correctly (i just wrote a Plugin that lists all
WikiProperties).
But i have my own skin. After switching to PlainVanilla everything was OK just
like
some days before. And after switching back to my own skin it still is OK :-)
The work and the webapps dir in tomcat were fresh and i did hit the reload
button but did not restart the browser. Looks like a caching problem in the
browser. Anyhow, it's fine for me now.
