FCK editor ruins the anchors inside the page

I experienced the following:
FCK Editor does not handle in-page {code} [1]{code} and {code}
[something|1]{code} like links to {code} [#1]{code} like anchors. It deletes
the link for the anchor and makes it a link to a wikipage {code}
[something]{code}
