Selenium doesn't need custom-rhino. So we should be able to remove it.

All,
custom_rhino.jar is still mentioned in the LICENSE file.
I recall it was introduced to compress the js files by the DOJO
compressor.
However, we switched to the YUI compressor which also compresses
CSS.
Can somebody check/confirm whether it is save to remove this JAR .
