Yup.

I am not quite sure how to do the first one (it probably needs some Apache 
magic), but the second one certainly.  Or, to be precise, it probably will end 
up as

domain.com/wiki/wiki1:page1
domain.com/wiki/wiki2:page2
domain.com/wiki/wiki3:page3

This retains full backwards compatibility with existing URLs.  
(domain.com/wiki/page1 is missing ":", so therefore it can be automatically 
interpreted to belong to a "default" wiki.)
