Harry Metske closed JSPWIKI-415.
--------------------------------

       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: 3.0
         Assignee: Harry Metske

The Favorites.jsp first uses the IFPlugin to check if the page exists, the
answer is Yes, the it uses the InsertPage plugin to insert the page.
In the case of pagenames containing blanks the InsertPage cannot find the page.
Modified the InsertPage to first use engine.getFinalPageName().

Also added 2 extra JUnit tests for InsertPage and internationalized the
InsertPage plugin ==> so Translators, here we go again :-)

> text:
> There is no page called 'Test UserFavorites'. Would you like to create it?
