FCK editor adds newlines before and after text formatted as "code"

when editing page in FCK editor installed along with the JSPWiki, every save of
any page containing TEXT formatted as "code" - e.g. {{{ TEXT }}} - adds
newline before and after the text. (after first save is before and after text
1 additional newline, after second save are there two newlines etc...).
FCK editor is version 2.6.3 as reecomended on jspwiki pages.
This behavior was verified in Mozilla Firefox version 3.0.5 on Ubuntu 9.? and
OpenSuse 11.1, in Opera 9.5 on OpenSuse 11.1 (adds newline at the begin of text
only) and Ms IE 7 on Windows Wista.
I do not know if this is problem of FCK editor or JSPWiki conversion, therefore
I have posted třhis bug here.
