Clicking on the "More..." tab on a wiki page currently leads to a page MoreMenu
(eg http://www.jspwiki.org/wiki/MoreMenu). From a user perspective this is not
logical. In our environment there isn't even such a page. Confronting the user
with a choice "This page does not exist. Why don't you go and create it?"
creates unnecessary confusion.
It would be more userfriendly if the user would remain on the current page.
This can be easily achieved by adapting pageactionstop.jsp by removing the
hyperlink to MoreMenu.
