Folks, I created JSPWiki 2.8.2 release artifacts at http://www.ecyrd.com/~jalkanen/JSPWiki/2.8.2/
Again, this is not an Apache release, but a bug-fix release on the 2.8 branch. (We should really concentrate on making the real Apache release soon...)
