Edit button sometime not available even after succesfull authentication

When editing and saving a page (only possible in asserted and/or authenticated
mode), the EDIT button sometimes disappears after having saved the page.
Only ADMIN level authenticated users can edit the page afterwards (for
authenticated/asserted users the EDIT button is not visible).
The only fix seems to be to include authentication-rules like: [{ALLOW EDIT
Authenticated}][{ALLOW EDIT Asserted}][{ALLOW VIEW All}] at the top of the page
to fix the problem.
This issue seems to come to life after placing component tags (like
[{TableOfContents}]) or markup tags (like !!!Title) at the top of the page.
When using alphabetic characters at the top of the page, the problem doesn't
occur.
The issue doesn't always appear.
