Craig and Harry, thanks! While t's a little early to pop the champagne corks, this is indeed good news. It means that the biggest core code changes we made for 3.0 -- namely, JCR compatibility and a new MVC layer -- are now stable.
However, outside of the core, much work remains. The JSP layer is still not complete, and basic functions like editing don't work like they should yet. I'll need Dirk's help in particular with this. That said, I think it would be good to get to an alpha release (and graduation) by the end of this year. Janne will be in Boston next week -- I expect we'll talk about the near-term roadmap then over a beer or three.
