WikiPageEvent should use WikiPath instead of String

To allow for wikispace events to occur, WikiPageEvent should utilize WikiPath
as the page identifier instead of String. That, or an UUID, but I think
WikiPath is nicer from the debug point of view. UUIDs should be used for
long-term storage.
