- InstallActionBean didn't have it's @UrlBinding
- added org.apache.wiki.migration package. Initially it contains the needed
classes to load a set of plain txt files, but could be improved/extended to
perform a 2.8 migration (see comments on JSPWIKI-454). Added some tests for
this package
- added new i18n resource, "install.initialPageDir.description", in
default.properties (line 512) to ask user where are located the initial pages
to load
