+1 for an Ubuntu VM. Janne, can you specify the hardware requirements ?
For the publicly exposed services, I suggest : * ssh/scp * http / https Not sure what is meant with DNS config, hostname of the VM ? IP-address(es) of DNS servers ? regards, Harry 2012/7/21, Florian Holeczek (JIRA) <j...@apache.org>: > > [ > https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JSPWIKI-739?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=13419792#comment-13419792 > ] > > Florian Holeczek commented on JSPWIKI-739: > ------------------------------------------ > > Update after some mail conversation with the Infra: > We offer FreeBSD jails and Ubuntu VMs; a few PMCs still have Solaris zones > but those are deprecated (we don't create any more of those). > > >> Move jspwiki.org content to ASF-owned VM >> ---------------------------------------- >> >> Key: JSPWIKI-739 >> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JSPWIKI-739 >> Project: JSPWiki >> Issue Type: Task >> Affects Versions: Graduating >> Reporter: Janne Jalkanen >> Fix For: Graduating >> >> >> jspwiki.org content needs to be moved over to ASF-hosted place. >> Apparently VMs are available. >> We can either move jspwiki.org to Apache, or I can keep the domain and >> point everything to jspwiki.apache.org. > > -- > This message is automatically generated by JIRA. > If you think it was sent incorrectly, please contact your JIRA > administrators: > https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/ContactAdministrators!default.jspa > For more information on JIRA, see: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira > > >
