Updated POM using Maven Ant Run plugin to bring in most of the necessary test
resources (HSQL database still needs to be done, and possible property file
filtering in the jspwiki.properties); mvn clean package now reports 18 failures
and 51 errors without running "ant test" first; down to about 3 errors if "ant
test" run first.
