I don't really care about how often JSPWiki is released or when we leave
the incubator, that's higher-level administrative stuff I'll defer to
the rest of the team over. However, I do want JSPWiki to be fully
Mavenized, and so long as these administrative tasks don't halt that
effort (outside of a few days here or there for code freezes), I'm OK
with it. If moving to TLP requires a lengthy code freeze, then I would
rather we just stay in the Incubator while working on Mavenization and
other code enhancements.
