downloaded, verified signatures, unzipped, ran unit tests, installed on tomcat and did some manual checking. I found just one odd thing, if you save a page and do not provide a change comment, the info tab shows a change note "null" while that should have been blank I guess. Not really serious, this bug is already present in the previous release (we should file a bug report), so my vote is:
