Sounds like JSPWiki is ready to go then. Here's what needs to happen: - draft a graduation resolution, just copy an old one, eg [1], and update for JSPWiki - post to general@ that you're discussing graduating and ask if anyone has any concerns - on your private list come up with the people to list as members in the resolution, and pick someone to be chair - once thats done vote on the dev list to graduate with that completed resolution - when vote has passed post vote on general@ with resolution to graduate
