Update FCKeditor to CKeditor?

Hi team, our text editor FCKeditor dates from 2008, it's now called 
CKeditor (http://ckeditor.com/, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CKEditor).  
Anybody know of any issues I would need to be concerned about if I 
upgraded to the 2013 version?  I'll test it...
