Problem upgrading JSPWiki from JDOM 1 to JDOM 2...

I was able to get most of the conversion done, but one stumbling block 
remains before I can commit it:

The JDOM mailing list apparently requires owner approval before I can 
subscribe, and it may take him a few days to get to it, so I tried 
StackOverflow instead.  Anybody on our team knows an answer, please 
answer here or there!
