I was able to figure out my problem. I had set up my jspwiki_modules.xml incorrectly by specifying <module> instead of <modules>. As an FYI, I believe the "template" for my XML came out of the SPACEPIRATES jar (i.e. WikiSQL, ETC). It does seem to be working now. Thanks for your attention.
