Under that view you could scrap almost all products of Apache. Tomcat, Geronimo and friends are all for companies or institutions. Still, there are lots of downloads of the products (btw, do you count JSPWiki downloads?). Our company is a happy JSPWiki user, too. Currently we have 1200 pages and growing ...
