Dave, there is a nightly build by Jenkins: https://builds.apache.org/job/JSPWiki/, but the resulting binaries are not on a downloadable location AFAIK. You can always check out the sources and run "ant war" on it. Anyway, the same way as you got the "previous" 2.9 release ?
