Just tried it out, hadn't realized the parser could handle nested
plugins, so I'll go ahead and remove the escaping feature and
resend. Do you think there's any issue with looping, i.e., should
the plugin fail if the body contains another If/IfPlugin call?
OTOH being able to nest Ifs might also be considered a feature.
