Well a project without new development could be dead, but the reason 
could also be that the project has matured to a degree where there are 
few or no bugs and the functionality is complete or at least rounded off.

Is that part of the story with jsynthlib? Is it in fact a stable, 
complete package? If not what's the areas that could need more work?
