A PostGIS user uncovered a long-standing bug in Geometry.centroid() - an
inability to handle certain polygons with close to zero-area. (See this

I've fixed JTS so that Geometry.centroid() now handles any
(close-to-)zero-area polygons correctly (by returning the centroid of
the linework instead).
