'mvn install' in JTS CVS checkout doesn't work for me. The immediate problem is that it attempts to compile things under src/test without junit in classpath.
The underlying problem seems to be that the source layout of JTS is not like the standard Maven layout, and I don't know how Maven can be made to cope with compiling eveything under src except whatever is under src/test.
