The DelaunayBuilder creates a triangular "frame" around the input points.
This is because the Incremental Delaunay Algorithm assumes that it is
always inserting points into a convex subdivision.
There are several methods on the QuadEdgeSubdivision that retrieve edges
and triangles and allow specifying whether or not the frame edges and
triangles should included. For example:
