Hi,
I have the following polygon which has an inner ring touched by a point
with outer ring. When calculated the number of inner rings, it is zero. It
means that there are no inner rings.
However, i need to capture this hole and fill it. In other words, if i can
get the exterior
ring, that is fine. But the problem is this polygon is not idfentified as a
polygon with holes.
Any idea to remove the hole or fill it.
