Dear Jan,
We have developed a network analysis tools based on H2GIS a spatial
extension for H2 database engine. A documentation is available at
http://www.h2gis.org/docs/dev/h2network/.
H2GIS is based on JTS library. With H2Network you can create a graph based
on nodes and edges tables and process it.
