Michael, Thanks for this excellent summary of the SF issues.
As I said, I have put JTS 1.14 into code freeze in preparation for release. One reason for this is that it's actually already been pushed to Maven Central, so I want to keep the SF release version in synch. Also, obviously there's a LOT of issues outstanding. It's great to have the QA and feedback. However, since I'm unfunded for working on JTS, it may take quite a while to address these.
