Hi Phil,

I'm not sure whether Martin or other JTS developers monitor this list
any more.  Earlier in the year there was post about the mailing list
moving to https://locationtech.org/mailman/listinfo/jts-dev and since
then there has been almost no traffic on this list.

I'm not subscribed to the new list and there is no mention of it on
the JTS web site so it's a little confusing - however if you want
feedback from the developers you should probably check it out.
