I think that your API description as is does not provide me with enough
detail to really determine whether that is a achievable goal.

One immediate comment while we are at it is that subscribe in both WS-E
and WS-N is in some sense a factory operation and should definitely not
be modeled in the same interface as operations on the entity a subscribe
creates.

Also, how do you intend to model parameters to a generic subscribe
operation?

I actually have a bunch of questions so I think a teleconference would
be good.

It certainly clashes in a bunch of places, for example
"SubscriptionStore" seems to more or less provide the same functionality
as the ResourceHome for subscriptions in our APIs.

I think it is a worthwhile goal and we should work towards it, but I
think your proposal still needs more thought.
